Commissioned to paint two murals on a historic building in small town in North Monterey County. This illustration, 12 feet high, is in an alcove on the local library. John Steinbeck who once worked in the town is featured in the mural.
   At the other end of building in the corresponding alcove a mural depicting the logo of the U.S. Patent Office as that portion of the building houses a Silicon Valley Patent Attorney.
